Patch 2 - GetApiKey #32

I tried to move GetSteamApiKey to separate module. It is easy to test now.

I tested this version with many accounts and it works for me correctly.

thank for this, i will lookinto the changes, and most likey merge it into the project. but i might look into this: https://github.com/DoctorMcKay/node-steam-user/blob/b837da542cce50ea3c78b6d5423a1b3788c88435/components/apps.js#L514

as steam send a event, what all the owned apps. the reason i doent use it right now, is that it return a lot if unnecessary stuff, that have to removed from the result.
