octomap inside dynobench #20

Support for octomap obstacles are added in dynobench. Tested with double_integrator_3d and visualization.

Am i suppose to review and accept the merge? Or @whoenig? I would rather only be in charge of merging into main.

It makes more sense if I review non-main merges. However, I generally only review if I am explicitly requested as a reviewer, since I don't know if the PR is actually complete otherwise.

@quimortiz you can do approve when it is going to be merged into main, before that no need to approve, just comments on any improvement/test ideas would be helpful for me for now.
