dev_ecbs_dynoplan will be the main branch that all other branches will be merged to. Here both branches have been pre-committed manually.

yes, the same, just merging it to the main branch that I will keep adding additions to.

low-level-test-dynoplan has arrival_list implementation, and support all robot dynamics except car_with_trailer. It has been merged with arrival_list_dynoplan branch earlier.
