Add UI tests for Scans

Description of issue

Add tests to ensure that scans can be started, paused and canceled over the UI.

To close this issue, the following items must be satisfied:

• [ ] Add a test to check that a scan can be started by pressing the source's Scan button on the Sources list page.
• [ ] Add a test to check that a scan can be started by selecting 2 or more sources and then pressing the Scan button on the Sources list page (one on the top right of the page).
• [ ] For the above tests, ensure that a scan entry was added for each scan on the Scans page.
• [ ] For the above tests, ensure that the CSV summary report can be downloaded from the Scans page and is accurate.
• [ ] For the above tests, ensure that the CSV detailed report can be downloaded from the Scans page and is accurate.
• [ ] Add a test to ensure a scan can be rerun by selecting the Run Scan icon on a scan entry on the Scans page.

Bugs

The scan status is currently never updated on the UI, see https://github.com/quipucords/quipucords/issues/1711. This issue needs to be fixed in order to test scans, otherwise we won't be able to wait for the completion status.
