Added a yupana section to the documentation #329

Added a yupana section to the README doc. It explains that to run the yupana tests, one has to first define the required parameters in the config file, under the yupana section. Then, the yupana tests can be run with make test-qpc-yupana.

I also added the required yupana configs to the example config file.

This documentation will expand in detail, and the config options may be cleaned up a bit as further work on the yupana test set progresses. This PR is mainly focused on making sure that the starting process of running the base yupana tests is documented.
