Update browser title name in UI test fixtures

Description of issue

The UI tests are outdated and fail based on the Title assert. They currently assert the titles to be Entitlements Reporting but get product discovery. These fixtures should be updated and ideally implement a variable which can dynamically change the tests to assert the correct title name based on the product being tested. This will be required to test both upstream and downstream products efficiently.

Completion checklist

To close this issue, the following items must be satisfied:

• [ ] Update the test fixtures to assert the new UI browser titles
• [ ] Edit fixtures so that same tests can be swapped out across upstream and downstream products.
