Enhancement (improvement to Camayoc framework other than new test cases)
Description of issue
The downstream project uses the dsc instead of qpc for the cli command. Currently, the qpc command is hard-coded in the camayoc tests. This should be swapped out for a parameter, which can optionally be flipped when running tests. This will also allow to differentiate tests between the two products when we need to down the road.
