PEP8 formatting of notebooks and port to QuTiP 5 #22

This PR formats all notebooks to the PEP8 style and adds a test to the pipeline to check the formatting with flake8. Furthermore, some tutorials are ported from QuTiP 4 to QuTiP 5.

NOTE: This PR already includes #19, so #19 should be merged before this one.
