I added notebooks for using the Bloch-Redfield solver with QuTiP 4 and 5. I split up the original notebook for introduction into one notebook explaining the basic usage of brmesolve() using a two-level system. The original brmesolve notebook includes a strong coupling Jaynes-Cumming model and a comparison to mesolve. And there are two notebooks on using time-dependence in brmesolve. One was already there and I only updated it a little bit to make it compliant with the current setup.
