Fix the Documentation and Users menu dropdowns. #53

The two dropdown menus within the navigation bar aren't populated, so if one clicks on either of these buttons, nothing happens:

Fixed by https://github.com/qutip/qutip.github.io/pull/167 followed by a rebuild here.
