Icons have no tool tips #60

I can see a check mark, and an X, but without a tool tip when hovering I don't know what they do

At some point, I think the icons should be updated to have a text description next to them, similar to github's nav bar. There is a tooltip, but it's only on the actual SVG for now, so you need to hover on the icon, so it's not consistent enough to be friendly ui.
