read_txt_Shimadzu() needs overhaul:

[ ] add unit test for (old) GCxGC-MS example spectrum (related https://github.com/r-hyperspec/hySpc.read.txt/issues/42)
[ ] get read_txt_Shimadzu() working with the new UV-VIS-NIR example spectrum
[ ] documentation: fileio vignette
