Bug: meshgeometry fails to save civet_obj files properly #4

When trying to modify CIVET meshes, meshgeometry's files cannot by opened by my standard viewing programs

Looking into the code right now, but here's the documentation I found http://www.bic.mni.mcgill.ca/Services/HowToWorkWithObjectFiles
