callouts without title render empty paragraph

The empty paragraph should not be there.

The whole content div should be skipped, like Obsidian does:

This behavior seems like a bug and should be fixed. I will have some time after next Tuesday, so I can start working on the bug fix after that.

In the meantime, PRs are always welcome!
