Add support for lite installation of dot files #4

Installing dot files adds every single plugins and functionalities, this may not be the case when installing it on devices with less CPU or RAM, Add prompt on installation for installing only specific plugin categories.

Some of the main groups can be

Server
Web Development
Embedded Development

Ask for applications that are very large to install eg: Blender
