As a Site User I can see a difficulty rating so that I can establish if the recipe matches my skill level.
• Each recipe displays a difficulty rating (e.g., easy, moderate, difficult) prominently on the preview and full recipe page.
Edit: This should be a drop down selection on the admin page to make it easier for the author posting the recipe.
