rather than a page that resolves to a random gif, we're gonna keep a list of the week's active gifs.
the list will live here: http://list.radblock.xyz.s3.amazonaws.com/list.json
the thingy that builds the list is here: https://github.com/radblock/list-s3-bucket
it automatically rebuilds whenever a file in gifs.radblock.xyz changes (which means either a gif expired or someone uploaded a new one)
