Build libmraa for armhf #17

Please can you release a version of libmraa to your apt repo for armhf architecture

Sure. We will release one version of libmraa for armhf architecture including buster armhf and focal armhf this week.

@shawaj We have released one libmraa package of buster armhf. Please note that it is in buster-testing source. See this guide, https://wiki.radxa.com/Rockpi4/radxa-apt, to add buster-testing. Then install libmraa and test it. Thanks.
