about mirroring rules #42

Is this package repository allowed to setup up mirroring?

Is there any other way to sync? like rsync,the sync program unable sync git repo

I think we can just use the same way as other Debian based repository sync, use tools like apt-mirror to sync with upstream repository. There is no way for rsync to sync without user created on source server.
