Please add a virtual package and point to the latest actual package

We didn't upload any U-Boot package to this apt repo, so virtual package will have nothing to pull.

It seems that we talked to you about this package in telegram. The links to this package are present in the official instructions and also in the readme for this repository. It seems to me that this is a useful package in some cases and it needs to be returned image
