current debos images do not work for the radxa zero board, see for example https://forum.radxa.com/t/latest-ubuntu-server-image-doesnt-boot/12468 and https://forum.radxa.com/t/enable-uart-ao-b/7628/18
I understand debos is not used anymore or there is a transition to radxa-build, but it is still up and building new images.
I've tried to understand what creates the extlinux.conf file in the boot partition and I think it is generated by the script update_extlinux.sh, contained in the package amlogic-overlay.
Change line 57, in the function emit_kernel(), so that 'amlogic' in no longer appended at the end of the devicetreedir key.
