This PR reverts the code here to the last working tag for julia 1.3 to fix #4
Also adds a note to use only on julia 1.3
@urtzienriquez I noticed you just forked this - please update your version after this is merged (this should now be the same as the zenodo for the paper) and be aware these run on julia 1.3. I'm working on a lot of different tools since writing this and don't currently have time to update these.
