Business Model

Initially, no fee for end user or charity organizer. Later:

Route 1:

• Charge End User ~$1.50/month for access to site
• Take cut of charity payments (5% or 10%)

Route 2:

• Charge Charity organizer per event listed ($5)
• Take cut out of end user payment (5%or 10%)
