SLES instances instead of (or in addition to) Ubuntu #23

Looks like when I launch an upstream cluster on AWS with RKE, it's launching Ubuntu instances. Would be nice to use SLES instead, or as an option.

See: https://github.com/rancherlabs/hosted-rancher-images/blob/master/base.json#L25-L33 of some good filters you can use to grab a SLES AMI.

I work on it for Terraform Google Cloud modules (modules/infra/google-cloud/compute-engine)
