Data Model Update Request Process:

1. Stakeholder submits an issue request (see below): Data Model Request Form
2. Data modeler will review request
3. Any further clarifications and discussion will be handeled in the comments of the issue request form
4. Data modeler will create a changeset proposal and post it to the issue
5. Stakeholders approve the changeset proposal or ask for further changes
6. Approved changeset will be part of the next data model version

Submitting Data Model Update Requests:

When making a request please include the following details

1. Description & Reasoning for the request
2. Action to be taken ie. add or delete enum values, add a property, change the name of a property
3. Affected node(s) (Entities)
4. Affected properties (Attributes)
   1. Affected enum values (optional)
5. Any relevent data or examples that will aid modeling
