Request to hide "Delete parental controls". #237

Hello. Would like to request an option to hide "Delete parental controls" from the menus. I don't see an option for it currently in the DBI.config file :(

Есть такая опция - Tools в разделе MainMenu

You can hide "Tools" menu, but can't just hide the one option of "Delete Parental Controls". If you hide Tools Menu, then you can't get to other functions including Check for Title Updates. This is the reason for my request.
