Some game updates don't show in MTP

I have noticed that several game updates do not show up when using MTP. In this case I have to dump the NSP manually to the SD card using the "Browse Installed Applications" section.

So far the following do not show up in MTP:

• Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1 + 2
• Dragon Ball: The Breakers
• Yu-Gi-Oh Legacy of the Duelist Link Evolution
• Crash Bandicoot 4 Its About Time

These are all cartridge games.

Having the same issue on DBIv628-en:

For me it did not detect 'Mario Kart 8 Deluxe [0100152000022800][v1114112]' (last update) among some other updates I don't recall. This is because the source list doesn't include the latest updates:

https://raw.githubusercontent.com/blawar/titledb/master/versions.txt 0100152000022800 | 00000000000000000000000000000000 | 1048576 ( <- older update so v1114112 not listed, no update available warning).

Guess somehow this list is stale or obsolete or the Tinfoil backend website has changed. Maybe somehow get in touch with 'Blawar'. To me this is the 2nd best feature of DBI :)

Also the AIO updater does check for title updates but I cannot find the database source. As I don't have any updates missing I cannot check this one.
