Latest DBIBackend Compiled to exe #289

Latest version compiled to exe. Hope it's appreciated. ;)

from latest release:

dbibackend.exe is an old version, cause I have problems with building new version to exe file. Will try to fix it later. If anyone can built it, will be appreciated.

Old one works fine

To me instead give a different problem... to me starts fine, but when click on Start Server, simply does nothing , very strange.. Indeed the old one works just fine... XD
