I don't quite understand the purpose of this renaming. Applet mode - what is literally written above in Homebrew Launcher.

I think he means that in the README where it says ''however it is primarily designed to be used in applet mode'' it's giving the impression that we should use DBI in applet mode. BUT in some cases it is just better to use application mode (title override) to gain access to the system full memory as discussed here https://github.com/rashevskyv/dbi/issues/285 So it makes more sense to say in the README that it's better to use DBI in application mode (title override) instead of confusing people to think that applet mode is better.
