[bug] DBI Backend: NotImplementedError on Windows 10 with other pip packages #312

Hello,

I have the latest DBI.nro on my switch installed and the latest dbibackend.exe running on my windows 10 pc.

When I select a folder with nsp files, they get recognized in the dbi backend. However, when I enter "Install title from DBIbackend" mode in DBI on my switch, I get the following error displayed on my windows machine:

This error also happens on my other PC with the same setup.

Both PCs also have python installed with spaghetti-like python dependencies.

What could be the reason for this error?
