DBI incorrectly reporting values for Atmosphere settings

DBI 658 mis-reports a couple of Atmosphere settings:

1. "Exosphere blank CAL0" is set for emuMMC, but not sysMMC, which is what is currently running.
2. "Allow CAL0 writes" is not set, but DBI erroneously reports it as enabled.
