Cannot install cartridges on version 18.1.0 #349

It seems that this (alongside any program that installs cartridges to your console) broke on the latest update. Can someone please update it to work on 18.1.0?

Cannot confirm. Just remove cartridge or reboot console

Oi tudo bem? Boa tarde! Não essa versão não esta mais permitindo copiar os arquivos para dentro do SD. Para não ter a necessidade de ficar reiniciando toda hora o switch, consegue verificar por gentileza?
