Feat/remove instructor #30

Removes instructor card type

The instructor card type was initially asked for, but not implemented finally. It does not work correctly now and it's better to remove this so that it does not cause confusion down the line (e.g. we will add a function to check which card is the best if a person has multiple cards).

I cannot say I understand the reasoning behind it, but it's always better to remove half-baked features.
