ServiceNow environment compatibility: Developed and Tested in Madrid and New york but should also work in other versions.

If you are installing this for the first time, please ensure the dependency update set (ServiceGuru-FIRST-TIME-INSTALL-ONLY) is installed too. For later app upgrades, the dependency is not needed.
