[BUG] Unable to select Visual Effect

Describe the bug Loading the plasmoid errors with Error: Failed to load the visual effect. Please choose another visual effect in the configuration dialog. I already have rbn42-glowbar and rbn42-glow, located in '$HOME/.local/share/panon/ The drop-down to select effects in 'Panon Settings - Visual Effects' doesn't function.

Applying last commit definitely fixed this error, but now downloading of effects doesn't work(it maybe related to firejail or apparmor, but nothing in logs, and there are other messages in system journal
