[Feature request] Set rather useless hover tooltip to current playing media track & artist #55

Like already suggested in #19 would it be possible to change the default tooltip when hovering over the plasmoid to the current playing song and artist?

I think a similar implementation of this concept can be found here https://github.com/panagiotopoulos/MediaBar/blob/6855a61a59bd40ddabad8f801e61a2c73ff905a8/contents/ui/main.qml#L55

I think this is a good idea. But I don't have free time to spend on it in this year.

I tested the @ssalabura addon on title on the toolbar works perfectly on my system. If you are busy you can give someone access to accept pull requests as i saw there are bunch of pull requests.
