Add a property for the institution name #1

We need a property that identifies a unique name for the institution. This information is required to filter nodes by the institution name where the source of the records is an aggregated service such as Research Data Australia.

To resolve this ticket, we will add a property for all records called "institution", and RDA records we are using the RIF-CS field called GROUP.

In addition, we need to index "institution".

For example the GROUP value for http://researchdata.ands.org.au/registry/registry_object/view/97939 is "National Health and Medical Research Council", and ADD NHMRC and ARC label where possible.
