It might happen that some of the information ingested into Neo4j is no longer valid and the related metadata has been removed from the source. We need a program to report on the broken links.

At this stage we put this task on hold.

We have resolved that issue by reimporting RDA data, but in the future we will need a method to identify broken key url's
