A player found an exploit that flags him and kicks him but never rubber bands (packet elytra fly) him so he setup a way to disconnect him before he gets kicked by the anti cheat to not get a 5 second rejoin. I think matrix should have a connection throttle that will be lenient then progressively become more harsh. Also when a player leaves the server or gets kicked it shouldnt set all their flags to zero maybe to 50% or maybe make it a option in the config just in case owners have a specific thing they have down in the commands, just so if they keep doing what they are doing they will end up getting kicked faster the 2nd time, 3rd time ect.
Paper already has a connection throttle but from my expirience its not all that great
