Issue Information

Server version: 1.16.5 Hacked client: Any Link to hacked client: N/A Cheat that bypassed: Flight Video of bypass: N/A Other information: Matrix blocks fast flight when the player is flying in creative but doesn't at all when the player toggles off flight and uses flight in a hacked client. This could be used to mass load chunks in a creative server and lag them.
