Added binary as fix for rocketchat backup #8

Rocketchat can't be backed up via mongodump. The binary from the rocketchat container has to be used in order to successfully create backups, so I added it with the needed packages for it to actually work.

To give all other user a value of your enhancement it would be nice to see this feature also in README.md under features, volumes and of course with an config example. Would you be so kind?
