Problem description

Hello. I would like to request for new features but I'm not sure how to do it with the new issue template. Are we supposed to ask for feature request on the toponaming forum ? Or is it legit to use a "report a problem" ?

I realize that my post is pretty lame but I don't really know how you want us to do it.

This issue template is inherited when I merged code from upstream. I don't personally have a strict requirement on issue format. You're free to post feature request as a problem. Maybe just title it properly.
