[Problem] Startup workbench configuration option is missing #956

Problem description

Startup workbench option in settings, and in fact the entire "workbench" settings menu seems to be missing. I am unable to configure freecad to start and go directly to, for example, Part Design.

Until recently this was preserved in my old configuration but I recently had to build a new config for an unrelated reason and now can't seem to find this option.

Anything else?

This is different from the "Switch workbench after loading" in the "start" workbench options. That is there, but not the same as the option provided in the general settings in upstream.
