Problem description

One of my project somehow entering into state where number field editing is not available.

Open project and try to edit any numeric field, for example

Pressing numbers key (whether upper keys or numeric with NumLock on) results in view rotation. If I paste number from clipboard (with right mouse click, Ctrl-C doesn't work) only then the field "unfreeze").
