As a lab user I need the SOPs and protocols to be tested and refined so they are complete and I can follow them successfully without recourse to any other material

Due to the BH we'll now do:

Tuesday: culture
Wednesday: extraction and QC
Thurs: sequencing
Fri: bioinfo

Action for @conorg150 can you let us know what time you can start on Tuesday for the first part of the vaslidation run.
