upload test data to AWS and script an MVP analysis

upload test data to e.g. https://s3.console.aws.amazon.com/s3/object/genomics-2023-test-data?region=eu-west-1&prefix=AMP551_14a1252d_289f5c8f_0.fast5

script a basic analysis to (using pipeline components, e.g. guppy, flye, kraken):

• [ ] download test data
• [x] basecall with guppy
• [x] assemble with flye
• [x] bin with kraken

this is so that a new user can verify their install works

The students will not download test data, instead they will take it via a USB directly from /research/nbicgenomics
