Provide an overview of Network Policy in OpenShift

Some things i would like to see in this doc:

Ingress rules, limiting incoming traffic to traffic coming from router
- Example of allowing traffic from another project/service to a specific service/port
Egress rule, blocking all traffic from leaving the cluster
- Example of allowing traffic to a specific destination
