About command does not work #3

Entering!about would produce an error log as follows, [Error] User 'RedStar#9271' (322693857760509952) tried to execute 'about' in #event (857589614558314575) and failed with System.IO.FileNotFoundException: /App\Humanizer.dll.

The fix is verified to be working as intended.
