Run the REPL.
iex -S mix
You can run the server from the REPL like this:
Samuel.API.Server.start
or, in one line:
elixir -S mix run -e "Samuel.API.Server.start"
Code is not automatically reloaded.
Some checks are done daily. To run them, do this:
mix do app.start, daily_checks

If it doesn't work, pull the repository and try this:
git remote add heroku [HEROKU_URL]
git push heroku master
Go to your repo's settings Click on the 'Webhooks & Services tab' and then 'Add webhook'.
Then configure it like this, replacing YOUR_SAMUEL_URL with the url of your samuel instance.
