Add dimensions for X and Y rail cuts #1

We have a drawing for the cuts needed for the Z rail here, but we don't have the corresponding dimensions for the X and Y rails.

I've pushed a couple of very basic drawings as SVGs of the Y rail and the X Rail. They're good enough to show the final dimensions but not much more than that. Given that that's what's needed to actually cut the rails down to size, I reckon that's good enough for now.
